Park Yoga Kidderminster
I'm delighted to be hosting Park Yoga in it's new location at Springfield Park in Kidderminster for 2025.
Park Yoga is a national organisation that aims to bring yoga to the local community, with the belief that Park Yoga is for everyone. Their mission is to improve the health and wellbeing of the public by providing free yoga sessions in an open space for the public benefit - regardless of age, disability, gender or ethnicity.
Follow Park Yoga Kidderminster on Facebook for updates
When and Where?
Park Yoga runs every Sunday morning 09:30-10:30am at Springfield Park in Kidderminster, DY10 2PS from 4th May until 14th September. If coming from the car park, walk up towards the football pitches. Look out for the Park Yoga Flag!
What should I bring and wear?
Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and bring a bottle of water and either a yoga/workout mat, or a towel. Wearing tops that are quite fitting will mean they don't cover your face when in downward facing dog! Though not a requirement, bring along yoga blocks if you have these. They can help make some yoga poses more accessible.
