Hi, I'm Kat.
I'm a Yoga Teacher living in the Wyre Forest area of
Worcestershire and teaching yoga in Kidderminster,
Stourbridge and surrounding areas.
For me, yoga is more than just physical exercise; it is a
holistic approach to personal + communal wellness,
that nourishes your mind, body, and spirit.
Through regular practice, you can experience the
transformative effects of yoga, as it helps you to
cultivate strength, flexibility, and inner calm.

About Classes
* Slow Flow is an invitation to slow down and really embrace the mindfulness of yoga. We will spend time in poses feeling them in the body, with an emphasis on intentional breathing to support. There will be some gentle strength to keep the body engaged, but variations will be offered.
** Mindful Flow combines breath with movement, as well as lingering in some postures to give a mindful, balanced practice. Expect heat-building flows, alongside static poses to build strength and flexibility. There is an element of challenge, but variations will always be offered.
