Service Description
Join us for a yoga practice that combines breath with movement. Expect heat-building but beginner-friendly flows, alongside static poses to build strength and flexibility for a mindful, balanced practice. There is an element of challenge to some classes, but we will always end with stretch + relaxation. Please park near the entrance of the hall so as to not block the neighbouring house at the end of the car park. Entrance to the hall will be through the side door into the kitchen. Please bring your own mat and props if you have these - I have some limited spares if you need!

Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing to book a class with LuckyKat Yoga. - Please understand that as a small business, I do not offer refunds for class bookings. However, you can transfer your booking to a later date, up to 1 hour before the session is due to start. - Booking individual classes in advance via the website is preferred. Practicing yoga is a form of discipline that requires a certain level of commitment, therefore booking your sessions in advance is a simple way to keep yourself committed. - If booking online is not possible, or is a barrier to you accessing classes, I can accept cash or bank transfers. Please discuss this with me prior to attending a class if you are not a regular student. - Courses are purchased in advance for the full duration and are non-refundable. - A register for each class will be completed at the venue or online for insurance and monitoring purposes, within GDPR guidelines. - Online classes are recorded, and a recording will be sent out to attendees once the session has finished.
