FAQ
When and Where?
Park Yoga will every Sunday morning 09:30-10:30am at Brinton Park in Kidderminster, DY11 7BB from 5th May until 15th September. If coming from the car park, walk up towards the old bowling green, past the Richard Eve Monument. Look out for the Park Yoga Flag!
What should I bring and wear?
Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and bring a bottle of water and either a yoga/workout mat, or a towel. Wearing tops that are quite fitting will mean they don't cover your face when in downward facing dog! Though not a requirement, bring along yoga blocks if you have these. They can help make some yoga poses more accessible.
